I'm sitting in Org and no npcs, players, or objects are loaded. There's no mailbox to check. Can't cast spells or abilities. There are no mobs to kill to loot. There are no npcs in the auction house. And it's been this way for about a half hour now.

The only thing that appears to be somewhat working is chat.

What exactly would I pick?

'Movement' or 'Spells and Abilities' would be workable categories to choose.

Mal'Ganis currently almost completely freezes with lag due to over population of the server atleast once a day. Free transfers should be opened, (in my opinion) when checking the population of servers, you're offering free transfers on darrowmere to multiple servers when the full population of darrowmere was 9,917, as compared to mal'ganis being 30,637...... I'm not trying to demand this or anything, i'm just making a suggestion, becuase at times (like right now) it takes over 5 minutes to open your mailbox and makes the game completely unplayable.

If you'd like to request Free Character Moves, then you can raise awareness of your concern on our Suggestions forums. That measure is only available for realms whose performance is suffering due to high populations, and it can't hurt to mention Mal'Ganis over there in a constructive post.

I know it wasn't exactly a revelation, but the significant portion is that an alternate source of information should become available via the Breaking News page.

Our Realm Technicians have been hard at work trying to resolve the situation. While we have seen a significant improvement on many of the realms, we understand that players are still experiencing sporadic latency issues. We will, however, continue working to resolve the issue until we have seen it to an end.

I will be locking this thread and I will create a new thread for Black Dragonflight updates as soon as possible.
