Please use this time to complete any OS, web browser, browser plugin (ie - Flash and Adobe), and internet security software (anti-malware) updates, and scan your system!

For ease of reference, here's a list of several common time zones and their current relationship to PST:
- HST = PST - 2 hours
MST = PST + 1 hour
CST = PST + 2 hours
EST = PST + 3 hours
AST = PST + 4 hours
Newfoundland = PST + 4.5 hours
GMT = PST + 8 hours
AEDT = PST + 19 hours
