We have made some additional changes which should make instances available. If you are still experiencing an issue though, please list your realm, the instance you are attempting to enter, and the size of the instance (5,10, 25). This will enable us to more quickly identify issues and re-assess the situation.

If you're unable to enter an instance, can you please note which instance as well as what size your raid is? I'll alert the appropriate parties regarding the issues that appear to be occurring with Shattrath as well.

We're certainly going to try to get things running smoothly as soon as we can, but I don't have an ETA available at the moment =(.

We really do work to resolve issues whenever they arise. Transferring from one realm to another to 'escape issues' isn't necessarily a good plan =/. Speaking strictly for myself, I feel that it's best to stick with a realm whose population you like, so you can play with friends.

Mal'Ganis Vault of Archavon 25 man - character name is Aernn - Stuck at 100% load bar unable to do anything with my character. I have to open up a new WoW and log in to the same account on a different character to get off of the loading screen. Unfortunately it still shows my character as online and in the instance.

We are aware there are players becoming stuck in instances and are working as quickly as possible to address this for everyone.

Specifically for stuck issues, please reference these instructions contained within.

If your character happens to be stuck, this issue may cease when any associated instance issues are resolved. While we're unable to resolve such issues via the forum, you can also submit an in-game petition from a different character on the same account, and a member of our staff will do their utmost to help as swiftly as possible!

When you submit such a petition, it's best to keep the following points in mind:
• Always use the ‘Character Stuck’ button when you submit this kind of petition.
• Include the word 'stuck' in your petition.
• Include the name and realm of the stuck character.
• Include where your character was before they got stuck
• Mention whether you are stuck at the loading screen, are unable to remain in-game, are trapped on terrain, are unable to find your body, or fell ‘through the world’
