Greetings all,

If you are unable to log into a specific realm with any of the characters on the realm we need some information from you in order to help track down where the issue is.

Please provide your ISP, your location (city, state) and the realm or realms you are unable to log into.

If possible please provide your trace route information. Instructions on how to gather trace route information can be found here:

Please note: This is only for people who are unable to log into a specific realm or set of realm with any of there characters. If you are simply unable to log into one or two characters on a realm please try disabling your addons before attempting to log in again.

If that does not work try resetting your user interface by logging completely out of the World of Warcraft client and deleting or renaming the WTF, Interface and Cache folder located in your World of Warcraft directory.

If you continue to experience an issue logging into one character please submit an in-game petition listing the name and realm of the character as well as the word "Stuck" and one of our Game Masters will be along as quickly as possible to assist you.

Yes it is, Shere. The issue seems to be along the route to a select number of realms. We have contacted the necessary people and will continue to work with them until they are able to resolve the issue so you will be able to connect to the realm again.

We don't have an ETA at the moment. You may transfer if you wish to but that would likely be a premature decision at this point.
