Now i like the Unitframes that Caithlyn uses in her new UI

I downloaded them and edited around a little bit with the style and found what i like the best, but how does she get those bars above her own unit frame that show her Debuffs on her target as a timer?

I was wandering perhaps its Pitbull but i cant seem to find anything in the options. is it Quartz?

If anybody ccould tell me how to do it i would be very greatfull.

Not sure what you mean with timers, I only see the (de)buff count. Pitbull has options for auras, look in options, target, auras and choose where you want them placed :)
