The buttons is most likely created using a bar addon such as "Bartender3" combined with "cyCircled" (not sure if the texture comes with the original addon or the plugins) - http://files.wowace.com/

The area around the buttons is most likely created using "eePanels" which you can download from - http://files.wowace.com/eePanels

LOVE the first one. The second one is pretty, great art and good layout, but I think the brightness everywhere might do my head in after a while.

So, where's that download link for that first UI? :)

How do you do that effect with the panels? Tried different border and transparency settings with eePanels, but no luck...

They are just big transparent panels with thinner panels on sides. Some +20 panels total. Takes some time (and patience).

aaah, clever man :)

Care to share though, how to make the damn panels transparent? Not having any luck with the eePanel settings..
