Gold buying and Farming

Okay first thing i have know intention of doing this... ...but would an account get frozen if they paid for gold to have sent to there char on the game?.. ..or is it only the gold farmers woh get there accounts frozen?

The reason for asking this is because it seems unfair to ban the GOLD FARMERS and not the GOLD BUYERS because if there were no GOLD BUYERS then there would be no GOLD FARMERS. anyone agree?
