Trade accounts. legal or not? blue please:)

I was just wondering if its legal or not to trade for example my account with some other players account, without
involving money just trade the passwords and usernames, without exchanging money.

Have been reading through the blizzard rules, but havent found anything that really convinced me that this isnt legal.

Blue post would be very appreciated.
