When 3.1 comes out, I was wondering if these two titles, Twilight Vanquisher and Of the Nightfall, will be unattainable as it will be much easier to get these titles once better gear is introduced. Does anyone know? Thank you for your time.
The current plan is to leave them in for players to obtain after 3.1 is released.
