How are people dealing with Tichondrius?

Because this guy is ridiculous.

He takes forever to kill, his health is too high compared to other bosses.

The Plague debuff takes too long, and the risk of spreading the plague is also a problem.

And adds spawn too often, Like say by the time they kill one of the group of blood blob adds, another one immidietly spawns taking away attention to the Boss and barely hitting him. Or worse another Blood Blobs add spawns while the prior ones are still alive.

I have never seen this guy get his health lower than 50%, one of my wipes we all died because he beserked and one shot us.

So seriously how did people killed this guy?
