PTR Schedule Change for March 20

Tonight at 7pm EDT / 4pm PST the US PTRs will be testing Iron Council instead of Mimiron. After European testing we noted some issues we can't hotfix that we want to modify before more useful testing can take place.

As a note, we are particularly interested in Iron Council attempts where Steelbreaker is killed LAST. Killing Steelbreaker last will provide the best loot, and should be the most difficult.

There will be no Saturday night testing due to Iron Council moving into the Friday night spot in the rotation.
