Question regarding Patron of War

Can EU accounts get the 'Patron of War' title if they have their account linked whilst watching NA qualifiers or does it only count for the EU qualifiers.

The titles for watching the EU stream have been added to the eligible accounts over the past several days. We're still in the process of flagging the accounts that watched the NA stream.
