Pally or Rogue

Hey all,

I need some help/advice

Atm I have 2 melee alts and I'd like to gear and play one of them in PVP

Either my rogue or Pally.
Now I've read basically all classes doing the normal moaning about them not being op enough etc etc. and never can get a decent answer.

So the question is how exactly is rogues doing atm and how will they be in season 8 with ress changes etc. I find rogues fun 2 play, but are they gonna be viable and a decent partner? (looking @ all pvp, BG's & Arena etc)

Same question for pally, with added question of what spec to pvp in, prot / retri

I have a raiding resto drood and a pvp mage but as I said I wanna do some melee pvp, not heal or play the mage.

Atm I have a warrior friend who I'll practice in 2vs2 with and then we will most likely add a priest/shammy friend to the group for 3 vs 3
