Need green answer for this :) small question

Hello again.
Let me first appologize for coming here and disturb you in your time off.

Let me then ask the question.

Is dalaran a place where you can have a flying mong?

Let me then explain why the question is made.

I saw for two days consecutive(after each other) 3 players over the well, or a well near the Tanks for Everything and the Bank of Dalaran on flying mounts. I have been trying to summon my mount but, that wrangly piece of bones, does not like me in Dalaran(or he is just scared of that place) and will not come.

I'm curious as to why you wanted a green answer for this.. :)

Dalaran has a no fly zone in effect which as Amarielle points out means you will not be able to mount your flying steed in the city (except for Krasus Landing). You do however have a certain amount of time to land the mount before you are dismounted should you fly into Dalaran.

It is not intended for you to be able to fly in Dalaran Naiobi. :)
