Additional Information:

*Vampiric Embrace was changed because it was felt that it was providing too much healing. The change to the healing crit was done because this effect was an unintentional bug. It was an unwanted secondary effect that was never intended to be a part of the functionality of the spell.

Someone asked if there would still be healing crits. Another player clarified things a bit in the original feedback thread-

Q u o t e:
The bug was that you were getting a "Double Crit" effect off of VE. It was nice. But, as many Shadow Priests know most of the time VE Heals are over heals anyways. I for one understand that change. It is the 5% drop that still a bit annoying, but at least it is explained.

You can still get Crit heals off of VE, but it is from the Crit of the damage spell. Not the crit of VE.

That information is correct. There shouldn't be a double benefit and was a bug.

*Circle of Healing may also have an additional change to targeting. This is in consideration for sometime in a future patch.

We will continue to monitor feedback on these changes and look for information on player experiences with these changes and going forward.

Please feel free to use this thread to post any further questions you may have or feedback from testing that you have done.

Q u o t e:
Nethaera,
Did anyone ever answer as to why the devs decided to nerf silent resolve instead of removing shadow affinity?

Rev.

It's not something that I can answer for you right now. The most that I have that can be shared is the current answer up on the board about silent resolve.

Also, I'd really like to see people's experiences with Prayer of Mending with the 10 second cooldown. I know previously people were reporting that at 20 seconds it was taking much longer because it waited until the completion of the spell's healing before it reset the cooldown. Please let me know if this is still occuring and I'll forward the feedback on it.

If you choose not to share feedback, please do not post on this thread saying you have provided enough over the past two years. It doesn't help the thread at all and only pads the postcount making it more difficult for others who want to share feedback. Thanks.

You have got to be kidding . . . . What happened to the other thread with all 668 of our comments? Where did that go? I thought it was bad enough that you were making these dumb moves. Then you made it impossible to respond to the original thread on patch notes after it was clear that almost everyone thinks you're in error. Now you've just gone and deleted to whole thing. WTF? You can add disgust to the list of anger and disappointment.

It was not deleted. Your outrage is misplaced. I have it linked in this very sticky. It reached max post count so self-closed probably within the first day it was up..

Here is the link I have to it from this thread for your and everyone elses' information.
