Has anyone in beta discovered whether casting Invisibility will take you out of combat long enough to start drinking ?

Invisibility will work like an aggro wipe after the 8 seconds of fade time and take you out of combat. If you can manage to stay out of trouble, there should be no reason for you not to be able to get a chance to eat and drink.

Just as an FYI, I updated my post to reflect better phrasing. I replaced "Cast Time" with fade time since technically it's the amount of fade time until your threat has completely reduced and you are no longer aggro. After that you have 20 seconds to make your escape or get where you wanted to go. :)
