Given that there have been spawning issues since the patch, is it safe to assume that the encounter has been changed in some way? Most notably, did you fix the bugs which caused him to despawn?

We fixed the issue where people were not able to respawn him. We're now looking into issues which cause him to despawn or evade during the event.

I'll keep you updated if we find out anything new. If we do, we'll do our best to hotfix it.
