UI Garbage collection - SEVERE client lag

Ever since the latest patch my client suffers from an insane amount of client side lag during UI garbage collections. My fps immediatly falls to about 0.6 and makes basically running away from anything nearly impossible. In MC when im tanking it causes wipes and I'm always DCed after the lag spike is over when im in MC. Ive tried everything I can think of to fix this (without removing all of my addons) but nothing seems to work!

Does anyone have any advice on this, or am I doomed to removing all of my addons?

Adama,

Remove your AddOns. Many different AddOns will add on to your FPS, and make the game not as playable. If when you remove them it is resolved you should install only the individual AddOns you need.
