Output LUA Format Change

Ok .. from reading the notes the SavedVariables were optimized.

This changed the output saved in the LUA files for Add Ons ..

I have to do a decent amount of work to fix all my regular expressions to use this new file format. I have also seen recrusive and stack based functions using regexp to parse the data out of these files .. all of which will be broken now ...

Im not real happy right now ... but Ill get over it if this format is going to last for a while....

Any chance of getting an official confirmation on how long this file format is going to last?

Seriously though, there aren't any more changes planned for the SavedVariables format.
