So Levitan,

Do you have a stand-alone install that doesn't require a download?

We're having some fun poking around your tool here at the office and want to distribute it among the devs for testing.

We were having trouble on some machines getting the .NET framework to install without attempting internet access. I think I figured it out though. I got it installed in my dev environment. I've been dubbed the guinea pig here in the UI group. Eep. :)
