After performing urgent restarts for select realms we've begun the process of bringing these back up slowly. The affected realms have been listed below. It's more like, "Let's put this one up and see how it goes, then we'll do the next one and see how that goes". They don't intend to pop them all back up suddenly only to have to pull them back down if they don't need to.
