Murloc Costume Graphics Question

Odd. I think my post got deleted. Don't know why.

Anyway, does anyone else think the murloc costume has some of the nicest graphics in the game? I wonder if this is what Blizz is talking about when they stated they are going to make graphical upgrades.

The costume just seems very different in its use of textures and shading.
