1-70 and 1-80 when it comes

What is the best way and fastest way to lvl 1-70 ?

I have been doing quests and running instances going at a alright speed. ( i dont play everyday )

Is it better to just do quests all the way? or run instances more? or both?

just curious.

While we do plan to speed up the leveling curve from 1-60 in the future, I have always leveled by doing quests. I get a sense of accomplishment when a zone is cleared out of quests to do and I think I level at a good pace doing this.

I also try not to skip too many mobs when I'm questing. It slows down the completion of my quests a bit, but the extra experience from killing mobs I come across seems to go a long way.
