Okay, as I understand it - in WotLK - there will not only be new hairstyles, but you will be able to change hairstyles on old characters correct??

If this is true, will you also be able to change facial hair on old characters as well? I have these Wolverine sideburns on my NE rogue that I'm desperate to get rid of...that would just be freaking shizztastiriffic!!

We know that having this option will be a lot of fun for our players. We will provide a feature that allows you to change hair styles in Wrath of the Lich King, but we have not finalized all of the options like style, color, and facial-hair, that it will include.
