Regarding the Noble title

I was going to attempt to get the Noble title on this character, but I noticed that the bunny disguise goes away as soon as you get hit. Seeing as how some of the necessary achievements require you to run into the middle of Un'Goro and Tanaris, should I even try this?

So you just need to find another player with the stick to head down to Un'goro so you can cast it on each other and both get the achievement. You could also just head down during a busy time of the night and look around for people - I'm sure there are a number of other people down there who won't mind cast a branch on someone.

I flew down to Un'goro (omw to SIlithus) and asked in general if anyone need the Achivement.

Took me about 4 hours to complete all the achivements and get my title

That's roughly how long it took for me as well, not too bad and players have a week to do it all.
