Was that trolling? I was being serious, the person who is the worst at raiding will probably get replaced. But that's not really an issue. It's unlikely you're going to be just adding new "death knights" into the guild.
So, a more pertinent question is probably "Who is going to be able to replace their main raiding character with a Death Knight?"
And in that case does it matter as long as you're able to progress? Probably not.
