You pass a flagged low level character.....

.....They are of the opposing faction, and you could drop them in 3 - 4 attacks. They /laugh at you.

Do you kill them, or do you let them pass?

I say drop 'em! They'd probably do the same to me. After all, they are flagged for PvP.
