What's going on with all these locks?

Topic says nearly everything.
Why EVERY thread about warriors nerfs is being locked?

Is it some new policy of Blizz?
Make people that own certain class unhappy, and don't let'em cry in public.
IMO this is not a good policy to keep customers happy and paying.
