Locked server, Logging in glitch.

I play on Tich. It's fully packed aka locked right now. I wait the que out. Get into the character selection screen. Then what ever character I chose it gets stuck at the loading screen around 90% of the way through. I thought a server being locked just meant you had to wait in que. I did that. So whats the issue? Thanks too anyone with a response in advance!

Heya,

We've seen this a couple of times today, but have heard success with players who close their client and restart.

Can you try doing that and let me know if you're able to log in?
