anyways so I have a huge issue I need to fix with Blizzard- just junk with my account not working and saying I don't have the expansion packs or something, so I need the tech support number that's toll free, I live in Canada.
I looked all over the website but apparently I'm so incompetent I couldn't find it.

There is no toll free Technical #, your options for live phone support are:

Hours: 8AM – 8PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday (excluding US holidays)
