Can't unlock area in Talador

Trying to do the achievement for flying but this part of Talador won't unlock. I'm walking all around the place but it isn't working.

It's been a while, but didn't the beginning quests in Nagrand also send you back into Talador?

Either way, keep questing and I'm sure it'll all clear up. =)
