game freezing in arena

so i noticed wow freezes for about 0.5 seconds in arena for no reason tends to happen when i cast sometimes but it happens quite frequently i dont have fps issues anywhere and am generally at 40-50 fps i thoguht this was only me but i mentioned it to a friend and he said he gets the same on all arenas except nagrand this only started recently for me i dont get this anywhere else even in like the middle of org if people spam AoEs

is anyone else getting this problem? and does anyone know if it was mentioned anywhere by blizz?

As Noctrocide suggests, to make sure that this issue isn't being caused by an out of date or corrupt addon, corrupt cache data, or incorrect game setting: please delete your WTF, Cache and Interface folders.

Do not replace any addons before attempting to play the game again.
