Arenas kicking us out and no rating gains from wins

title says it all, randomly throws us out to og gy in the middle of a fight or in the start. Also not gaining any rating from wins :S

Very sorry to hear about this Telaketju. Here are a couple of 'fixes' that have helped many players in this situation
