pay xfer between accounts fail? know its wrong forum

hello, my brother stopped playing wow for like 7 moneths ago, and we have done xfer between accounts before, but this time we couldn´t do it for some reason, he wanted to give his charecters, since he doesnt use them anymore..

problem is, when i try xfer from his account to mine, it doesn´t accept mine, for some reason..

his account is frozen ofc. i dont know if that has to be changed - but we got same last names login from same IP and we live on the same adresse..

anyone got any suggestions about what could be wrong here?
