"Enemy team get us once to low...
We get them 10x time under 10%, dominating them entire game
But their low health blow was better than ours somehow
They get rewarded by win..."
Suggestion:Crowd choose you shoud work to count how much time you get some enemy below 10% health.... instead who get lowest health ... if you ask me, guys who get enemy team 10 times below 10% health are obviusly better than those who get once even if this once was closest to death !
This woud prevent turtling after good blow as well...
