Character recover

Hey guys,

I have been reading a lot of different threads about the character recovery. Also i have been trying to contact Blizzard but that haven't been succesful.
I had a old account in 2012 aprox. But i haven't been able to get my old characters back. I dont know what to do, i have been locking the characters up on the database, and i can see that they are still there. That they haven't been deleted.

Do anyone know what to do?

Hello Vagwuth,

You can use the self-service character undelete to restore your characters, this isn't something our support team helps with any longer.
