Seriously. You guys rock. You keep this game as problem-free as an MMO can get, then you have to put up with the remarks of losers who haven't a clue about what your job takes to do, and could care less whether or not you are having a stressful day because you CARE about your job and something's screwed up, so you have to work as hard and fast as you can to fix it.

At least some of us DO know, and DO care about you, and ARE grateful for what you do! The rest - well, not all of us have made it passed the 3-year old stage, you'll just have to take that in to account.

;)

Our team appreciates this feedback immensely; it is often a job that is entirely transparent to players. Thus, they are rarely applauded for the monumental task of keeping the game running smoothly for millions of players, which is precisely why feedback from people who recognize the value and enormity of a task like this one is so valuable.

So, thank you for taking the time to swim against the trend and recognize an extremely dedicated, often under appreciated, and hardworking group of magnificent people. Your insights do you great justice and are well-accepted.
