To the VERY far South, there's a World Quest on the island "Eye of Azshara", you cannot get to it without fatiguing, and it awards a very juicy 1500 Artifact Power, there's a flight point there, but no way to get to the island that I've seen.. Bug? Intended?
It is intentionally a bit of a puzzle as to the best way to get to this island, which is heavily-spawned, elite, and only spawns highly rewarding World Quests.
