Toy Hunt: You Can Stand the Heat

We're building a fire and then playing with it in this week’s Toy Hunt where we feature a few toys that you may want to add to your collection.*

Cozy Up

During the Midsummer Fire Festival, as you travel the worlds to visit many fires, you’re going to collect Burning Blossoms. This is the currency for many of the rewards of the Festival, and you’ll want to spend 350 of them on a Cozy Bonfire.

It’s a toy that stands as an upgrade to your simple campfire and it provides the same benefits (+4 to Spirit, allows cooking), only it’s quite large. As you know, bigger is always better.

Now we’re cookin’.

You Can Dance If You Want To

Earning another 350 Burning Blossoms will require that you visit so many distant corners of the world that you’ll want to take a break when you’re done. Have a nice meal. Maybe go dancing.

The Brazier of Dancing Flames provides you with a sultry, fiery little dancer on a plinth. What’s remarkable about this toy is all of the ways there are to interact with it. You do interact with your toys, right?
Once you’ve acquired this one, try targeting it and then doing different emotes. For a next-level experience with the brazier, try using other toys while it’s active. Dance the night away!

What? Doesn’t everyone dance like this?

I’m Burning For You

Our final toy objective this holiday costs a whopping 500 Burning Blossoms, and it’s worth every single one.

The Burning Defender’s Medallion turns you into a blazing, armed revenant of fire! What’s more, you get to stay in this form through most activities.

Like the Cozy Bonfire and the Brazier of Dancing Flames, you can purchase the Burning Defender’s Medallion from Midsummer vendors in all major cities. Don’t miss your chance this year, as the holiday ends on July 5.

"Yes, a fire can wear armor and wield a sword."

*What’s the Toy Box?

Players will find the Toy Box within the Collections interface, which can be accessed via your lower nav bar or by the keyboard command Shift-P. To add a toy to your collection, simply right-click it in your inventory. Once added to the collection, you’ll be able to access it at any time within the Toy Box interface.
