Legion Transmog....what the what?!

So, Besides the fact a very bad transmog website did not specify which version of the raid I should farm....

You are now telling me, If my Deathknight finds a cool wand...that my "wand" user characters would not get to transform it....even though its account wide in Legion?

BUT, if I would find a sword, something the Deathknight is proficiency in, any class that shares its proficiency, like Warrior COULD transmog it? Really?

Why do you care? What possible gain could you garner from throttling cosmetics? Why even split that hair? I swear its like vanilla Warrior Rage all over again but worse. Since it has zero game impact....
