Warlock PvP Talent Essence Drain Doesn't Work

Essence Drain - Whenever you heal yourself with Drain Life, the enemy target daels 10% reduced damage to you for 6 sec. Stacks up to 5 times.

This does literally nothing. No debuff, no hidden effect, absolutely nothing happens. Is this going to be replaced or is this intended.

Seems like this has recently broke in result to other unrelated changes to Drain Life. We've just deployed a hotfix. Thanks!
