Arcane Power not being removed.

When using the PvP talent Concentrated Power, you can use arcane power and then swap talents. It should be removed when switching talents. It does remove arcane missles for some reason...

Sorry, this post is confusing to me. Are you somehow retaining the Arcane Power buff constantly?

Or do you mean "You can swap PvP Talents that affect Arcane Power while Arcane Power is on cooldown"?
