I've been reporting this since beta started, but 2 patches later here we are. So I'm going tot ry and report it here, in hopes of getting actual action about the issue.

An NPc required for the Demon Hunter quest "Deal with it Personally", Hertha Grimdottr is incorrectly tied to the Javendik faction. Any character who completes the Javendik faction and is proclaimed Jarl is unable to attack Hertha because she is neutral and unattackable due to the faction shift. This has been a persistent issue since my Demon Hunter hit 110 two days after beta launched it. Please address it.

We applied a hotfix that should have fixed this issue earlier today.

Are you still seeing it?

"Players are now properly able to engage and slay "Hertha Grimdottir" for the quest completion of "Deal With It Personally" even if they have already complete the Jandvik questline."
