Helheim Quest NPC - Blue Tracker

The Helheim quest NPC has disappeared and their are several of us in here just standing around. Not the first time seeing a quest NPC disappear.

Technically the NPC is there, you just can't see her (but that's me being pedantic).

Anyway, we're able to reproduce this, working on a fix but I don't have an ETA.

This is actually more widespread than just this quest; investigation is ongoing but I don't think we're going to be able to deploy a fix today.
