Epic World Quests

I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but you cannot complete a World Quest designated with a purple exclamation point while in a raid group. These seem to be bosses that are designed to be taken down by more than 5 people.

If it's a bug, please fix, if it's a design choice, please recosider.
