Replace one of the artifact traits from the middle area of the artifact tree and change it to:
"Increases the jump distance of Chain Heal by 1/2/3 Yards"

This would let chain heal jump more comfortably in dungeons at 13 yards.

FYI, just so you guys have accurate information--Chain Heal's jump distance in 7.0 is 15 yards.

Tidal Pools targeting should be fixed on beta.
