[NPC] Infernal Siegebreaker

While doing the scenario to get to the Broken Shores, the Infernal Siegebreakers found during Stage 6 were causing MASSIVE FPS drops while casting "Fel Immolation". I think it may be the amount of particle effects from just that one spell every time it ticks. It looks like it's stacking every tick until the cast is finished and playing all the animations at once, causing the FPS drops.
