Testing Class Hall Campaigns

So I have not seen very much information about this? I Know we have to make a new character, but then what? Do they just appear in our class hall as we level? Limited to 110?

We had some issues with the Missions not showing up correctly, but this should be addressed now. If you go to your missions list at the command table, the mission should now be visible and you should be able to make progress.

The follow up quests will appear once you have earned enough power for your next artifact trait.
