So once we engage in world PVP we get our PVP talents on, but what happens to the PVP stats scaling? Do we get that ones too or they are restricted only for Arena/BGs?

Stat templates only work in instanced PvP like battlegrounds and arenas. Out in the world your stats come from your gear.
