As Jito has mentioned, the forum moderation team are not involved with in-game moderation. While they can (and do) forward your reports, these reports will go through the very same submission channels you have available to you:

Keep in mind that we will not discuss any potential action taken against any specific account with anyone other than the owner of the account in question. Our penalties range from simple warnings through to lengthy temporary suspensions and even permanent closures.
